OK so the truth is if you really want to make progress you must follow a healthy eating plan, that’s it, unfortunately exercise alone will only give you results to a certain point. Then you will find it extremely difficult to get any further along with the weight loss you want without a stricter diet. I don’t like the word “Diet” though. I grew up listening to my Mother constantly struggle and complain about The Diet she was on, or, The New Diet. It always seemed like when people are on a Diet the only thing on their minds is, ”How long until I get off this Bloody Diet?” . I don’t want you to feel so trapped, restricted and controlled by food that you can’t walk by someone who is eating a bag of Tayto for fear of loosing your mind and robbing it off them! We need to be in control of our food, not the other way around, but, this takes a long time. However nothing good comes without time……

I will make a Healthy Eating Plan to suit the calories you need each day depending on your goal.  This is nothing special though, no magic formulas, no easy answers.  It’s just clean eating, no processed foods and lots of good clean water. These Healthy Eating Plans are not always for weight loss, I understand that lots of people want to bulk up and/or gain muscle so I can also build a diet plan for this.

For me to build any diet plan I will need some information from you like height, weight, body fat percentage and daily activity levels. If you live locally you can call to my one of my gyms and I can measure this or you can simply call into any chemist and they will usually have a machine which you can use and send me the information.
